About me

10+ years in corporate environments

I worked in corporate environments for over 10 years, in different roles. I started in Information Technology, changed paths into marketing, and eventually ended up in Project Management.

Although these are different, something important is similar across all of these and basically all other professions: The need for well-designed workflows. The way we work is often overlooked, which leads to delays, bottlenecks, extra work, loss of time, and frustration. I’ve experienced this in every single role, in every single company.

It wasn’t until I started working as a Project Manager inside of a Project Management Office that I understood the importance of centralized resources and practices. I found inspiration in that time and decided to leave corporate so I could work on my own thing: To help people who are building a small business or startup get organized and improve their workflows.

Since 2025, I have been consulting people on how to prioritize their projects, centralize & organize information, reduce meetings, and improve communication.

    2-3 weeks

    Includes:

    • Review of tools and processes already in use.
    • Gap analysis.
    • Recommendations on what to improve.

    3-4 weeks

    Includes:

    • A kickoff session to align on what specific process/workflow is being implemented and what done looks like.
    • Design of one process/workflow that was outlined in the diagnostic.
    • One revision.
    • Handoff session.

  3. Operations Partner

    Monthly retainer (3-month minimum)

    Includes:

    • Everything from the Workflow Diagnostic and Workflow Design Engagement once per month
    • One 90-minute strategy session per month
    • 4 hours of async support per month
